What to Expect
How is this going to work?
First, you contact me!
Tell me what you're looking for
When you contact me via email, the first thing we will do is set up a time to meet and discuss your needs. This helps me understand the scope of your project. If I'm not the best fit for your project, then I will refer you out to another artist.
Then we contract.
Satisfaction Guaranteed
At this point we can discuss what this service might cost, its timeline, and which rights or licenses you need. You can expect a drafted contract outlining our discussions while we work toward an agreement.
Now we sketch...
Iterate 'til it's great!
Once we've nailed down a contract, I begin sketching out a couple ways to accomplish your idea. We go back and forth until we find our optimal composition, at which point...
I get down to business.
Satisfaction Guaranteed
I start putting in the work to make the final product. We may consult once or twice during this process, and you have the opportunity to make final adjustments. The number of adjustments and additional fees, if any, will be negotiated in the initial contract.
Delivery!
Incoming Goodies!
Once the art is finished, I'll ship you the invoice. The goods will be delivered appropriately when I receive the payment.
Additional Expectations...
Covering Our Bases
Generally speaking, I maintain copyright and the ability to display the product as an item in my portfolio. If something comes up and we need to cancel, there is a kill fee once I have started producing work, but you can back out if you need to. I look forward to working with you!
